Responsibilities include:

Assisting residents with their activities of daily living such as bathing, toiling, dressing, ambulation and eating

Documentation of resident's needs
SIC/MED TECH

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
We are searching for team players to help us with our "culture change".
The SIC/Med Tech provides the administration of prescribed medications within the established scope of practice. The SIC/Med Tech is also responsible for supervising the PCA's on your shift.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting with the administration of prescribed medications within the established scope of practice
-
Must maintain a working knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the position
-
Reports incidents involving residents to include care concerns or issues, to appropriate individuals
-
Responds promptly to all resident calls for assistance
-
Communicate verbally and in writing to report resident status, upcoming community information, resident appointments, admissions and transfers
-
Assists new residents with move-in transition: provide emotional support
-
Re-orders medications, faxes to pharmacy, communicates with resident's family as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Must be 21 years of age or older per state requirements
-
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
-
Must be able to provide references
-
Must be certified as a Med Tech in North Carolina
Cook/Dietary Aide

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Responsibilities include:

Assist with serving meals to residents
-
Ensure that all meals are prepared to the residents satisfaction and in accordance with sate rules and regulations and facility policies

Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
Qualifications:
-
Willingness to learn
-
Servsafe certification not required but a plus

Responsibilities include:

Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness

Deliver excellent customer service

Maintain equipment in good condition

Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
-
Handle reasonable residents complaints/requests and inform others when required

Check stocking levels of all consumables
-
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
Qualifications:

Proven working experience in relevant field

Ability to work independently and remain motivated

Time management skills
